The view at Alla Noce is amazing, and the food was really good with generous portions. We had some trouble with the timing, though: the antipasto and second appetizer arrived along with all the entrées. Our second bottle of wine never came, but we weren’t charged for it. Worth checking out, but I’d keep the order simple. I’m sure they’ll improve quickly.

The view is the one good thing, but it doesn’t make this worth it. We paid 122 EUR for one night and had a room at 35° with no air-conditioning. The fan could only be plugged in across the corridor between doors. The door was awkward to lock and unlock, and the window wouldn’t open all the way. The balcony was the restaurant roof, extremely hot, and we had to keep the door shut because people could easily get into the room from there. If you’re going to Limone in August, don’t book here. A bench outside would be a better place to sleep.

The view is amazing, but our meal was a frustrating experience. The menu is pretty big, yet the service was very slow and some dishes weren’t seasoned well. Our starter and primi came out at the same time as the entrées, and they forgot our bottle of wine completely. A table that had arrived before us never got its entrée at all and left very upset after waiting for hours. Go for the view.

The view was quite nice, but that was the only good thing about the restaurant. The gnocchi with truffle and Lake Garda cheese wasn’t very good, and the truffle had no taste. The Spaghetti Carbonara was really bad, neither salted nor seasoned, and it seemed like they might have used cream instead of yolk. Staff weren’t friendly or helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it.

The terrace has a great view, and the service is really kind and pleasant. It’s a lovely choice for a romantic dinner or lunch. Best place in town for fish, both lake fish and seafood.
