The setting is peaceful, and the small train station is an easy walk away. The trains going by weren’t a nuisance, and made it simple to get to Rome Termini quickly. With a car, you can also explore the beautiful Castelli Romani area. There’s a fantastic private garden full of flowers and trees where you can relax. Our hosts, the lady and her husband, welcomed us warmly and were so kind and helpful. The B&B was comfortable, the rooms spotless and tastefully furnished, with amenities I haven’t seen elsewhere in places like this. Breakfast was varied and excellent, especially the delicious cakes. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, dear guests, you really are the BEST!!

We were really happy with our three-day stay and have already recommended the property to our relatives. Mrs. Lorella welcomed us with just 15 minutes’ notice, even though we hadn’t booked. The staff kept the rooms spotless and well cared for, cleaning and making the beds EVERY DAY. There was a self-service breakfast with fresh products. Pavona station is close by, and Mrs. Lorella sells a daily pass for €8 that makes visiting the capital easy. WELL DONE!!!

It was easy to leave the car behind and take the train to Roma Termini, with the station just a five-minute walk away. The room was modern, pleasant, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was self-service but well organized. We’ll be back!

The owners make this enchanting place feel like their own home. They were very kind, discreet, generous, and always available. “Grandma’s breakfast” was fantastic!!!! I was there for the teachers’ competition, and they let me arrive early and leave late in the evening. Thanks, and see you soon, Miriam.

Thanks for everything! The location was great, with the station close enough to reach on foot. The service and breakfast were excellent, and my room with a terrace was excellent too. Everything was perfect, including the impeccable cleanliness!
