Cape House Villa

It’s peaceful here, with good wifi, a secure feel, and a lovely cat that came by every day. We enjoyed the quiet setting of trees and grass and the views toward the city from the hill. The host communicated well, and we saw her around the property often, always smiling. When water from the shower in our first room leaked onto the bedroom floor, she took care of it within 10 minutes of our message and moved us to a much better room, which we appreciated. But you really need a car. Taxis and Ubers in the area charge $25 one way into town, and there weren’t any convenient buses within walking distance. We’d considered using this as a base to explore Rome, but it’s too far away for that to work efficiently. A good spot for a quiet countryside break if you’re driving.

A great choice if you want to enjoy nature while visiting Rome. It’s quiet, peaceful, and just great.

The rooms are spacious and practical, and everything worked well. The area is very quiet, with only birds to hear outside. Self-check-in was quick. I can recommend it!

My family and I stayed in Apartment 4 in Cape House for eight nights. It wasn’t at all what we expected from the photos and comments. They delete the bad reviews, which is why the rating is good.
