Heidi Bed and Breakfast

We had a great time and hope to visit again. The guesthouse is beautiful, and our room was perfect, very nice, and clean, with air conditioning. The owners took care of everything to make us comfortable. Emilio was kind and helpful, gave us lots of good advice on exploring the area, and made a very tasty breakfast. The garden was beautiful, full of flowers and trees, and the clean, lovely pool came in handy in the very hot weather. Thank you so much for everything. Grazie mille per tutto.

Breakfast had plenty for us, with Emilio serving coffee specialities and fresh juice every day, plus daily extras like tiramisu, carprese, or eggs from their own chicken. We didn't miss anything. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and they were cozy, renovated, clean, and modern. Emilio, his family, and the staff were kind and ready to help with any questions. The outdoor area is stunning, like a little oasis, with a huge kitchen guests can use. The breakfast space has indoor and outdoor tables, and shade from plants growing all around the pavillon, a lovely place to sit and linger. Albavilla and Erba are calm, charming spots away from the crowds on Lake Como itself. Como and Lecco are about 15-20 minutes away, Belaggio and elsewhere about 30-45 minutes, and Milano is around an hour by train or car. Nearby, there's lago di alserio, lago di pusiano, and mountain areas to the north. We were totally happy with our stay at Heidi B&B in Albavilla.

Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh coffee and orange juice each morning and all the bread rolls, pie, brioche, fruit salad, pancakes, yoghurt, meat, cheese, eggs, and more we could want. Our whole week felt like pure luxury. Emilio greeted us on arrival, showed us around, and walked us through a map of the area's lovely places, plus gave us cards for good restaurants. He doesn't speak much English, but just keeps going in Italian until you understand. We had a wonderful ground-floor room with pool access. The big outdoor kitchen was free to use, and there was a terrace with comfortable couches and a breakfast area. Heidi Ben and Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I had a good stay with these guests, and it was very good value for money. The furniture was new, and there are some fine dining options in the area. Breakfast was Italian style, so there was a bit less than you'd expect in other countries.
