Residence Riviera

We came for a diving weekend at the diving center attached to the property. Our rooms were lovely studios with a separate kitchen and bathroom, new furnishings, spotless cleanliness, and a balcony looking out to sea. The beach is only steps away, and there's a restaurant kiosk right nearby on the beach with excellent prices and quality food. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. We left a backpack with documents and other things in the room, and after we got home they contacted us and sent it that same day. It arrived the next day. Truly fantastic.

I first contacted the property on February 5th about booking an apartment for the end of April. They quoted €95 a night and said I could wait a few days before booking because there was still plenty of availability. When I called again on February 17th to confirm, the price had become €140 per night. The person on the phone also said I'd contacted a different property on February 5th, which wasn't true. I checked the call log. I'd already arranged everything as a surprise for my wife's birthday, so the whole thing left me uncomfortable. The unclear information and unprofessional communication made for a disappointing experience.

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the sea. The apartments were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There are two children's play areas, and guests can use the campsite bar and market since both places share the same management. Private parking was always available. Good value for money, in line with local prices.

Rooms were functional and very clean, and the residence and campsite staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's right on the seafront facing Gallinara Island, with shops and bars only a short walk away. I'd recommend the beach restaurant too. Seating is limited, but the chef has improved a lot since last year. Congratulations!
