We’ve been coming here with my family for years, not to stay at the hotel, but to eat at the restaurant. I love the place, the view is as beautiful as it gets in Grado, and it’s near the centre. When I read reviews, I check the best and worst ones to see what people like or dislike. I don’t know about the rooms, but I can’t agree with the worst reviews about the restaurant. A while ago I wrote a review on paper, and the boss even put it up on the wall. The staff aren’t rude AT ALL, and the food is perfect. My only criticism is that they put a little too much jam on my pans cotta. That’s it. I highly recommend the restaurant, god bless.

The view is the real highlight here. Those panoramic sea views are incredible and make the stay worthwhile. Our room was quite clean and had a fridge, but the rooms are showing their age and need renovation. The bathroom has only a shower curtain, so everything gets wet when you shower, and the toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was very poor and limited. Even with those problems, the amazing view makes up for a lot.

Right along the sea promenade on Grado island, Ristorante Alla Diga is a lovely spot for a gourmet dinner at sunset. We had the lobster with TRIDENTE pasta and the local PEZZA ROSSA beef filet, both really delicious. The service was pleasant and rounded out the experience nicely. It’s a pleasure to dine here, and I recommend it!

We waited outside for 20 minutes, though the place was only half full, and nobody came to take our order. When we tried to order drinks and food, they brought us menus and then left us waiting without serving us. After 20 minutes, they told us we had to leave because the place was occupied. The staff were unkind and unpleasant. Shame on them. If you care about customer service, DON’T Come HERe!!

We came with our little French bulldog, Niko, and the lady was so lovely with us. The staff were really kind, and the food was good too. It’s a dog-friendly place with a nice atmosphere. Thank you 🥰
