It’s quiet at night, and the hotel is close to both the center and the sea. The staff were kind, room service was perfect, and our room was clean and nice. The hotel parking was full, but we found a nearby garage/public parking for 7€/day. A few things could be better: the cold water in the sink didn’t work properly, the balcony glass was cracked, and the sink smelled a bit. Breakfast was okay, but I expected more variety. It was the same food each day. There was a coffee machine, but the scrambled eggs were really bad, and that’s usually one of my main breakfast foods at a hotel. Still, I was satisfied and thought it was a very good hotel.

Rooms are clean, though they vary in size, and the ones facing south look out over the garden/park. They were cleaned every day. The walls are quite thin, but over our four days it wasn’t too disruptive. One receptionist annoyed car owners by making them repark daily and giving overly precise parking directions. They kept the car keys at reception. It’s a nice 3* hotel near Grado’s city center, lagoon, and beaches, with helpful staff. Breakfast in the basement was okay, not fantastic, and the room has a low ceiling. There were fresh cornetti and other pastries.

Having its own parking spaces is a real advantage, and it’s close to the beach and Grado parks. Breakfast was good. The rooms are a bit outdated, but not small. The reception and lobby area have been renovated.
