The staff were so friendly, and when we found the refrigerator wasn't working, they replaced it straight away. The hotel is quiet too, with lovely neighbors. Our room was spacious, had a large balcony, a modern bathroom, good air conditioning, and plenty of storage. It’s only about five minutes on foot to the beach, and the old town is close as well. There's a large grocery store another five minutes away and a very good pizzeria. Breakfast was really good, with plenty to eat and very good coffee included. You can borrow bikes for free for two hours. After that they may charge 2 euros if demand is high, but we never had to pay when we took them. It’s family friendly and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a four bed room with a big bathroom and bathtub. The bathroom fell short of what I expected, and there was no fridge in the room, but I'd happily return. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were cozy, and we had a large terrace. Breakfast was great. The old town is a 15 minute walk away and the beach takes five minutes on foot. Bikes are available to borrow.

We got to explore Grado by bike, since the hotel let us use the bikes for free, which was a lovely bonus. Breakfast was tasty too. We had a wonderful stay, and it’s a great spot for a vacation.

The hotel is clean and has good facilities. Breakfast was well stocked, and the service was friendly and helpful. We'd be happy to return another year.
