The trullo was charming outside, and people kept stopping to take photos and chat nearby at all hours of the night. Inside, the decor felt romantic but primitive. We loved the terrace and its nice view for relaxing at the end of the day, and the staff were kind and helpful. Late May was cool, and the bathroom and bedroom got cold at night because the heater was in the den while the bed sat among stone walls. The humidity was so high that the sheets felt cold and damp every night. The stone floor was cold and damp too, and I worried about getting sick all week. Bring slippers. I think the stone interior would be more comfortable in summer. Parking is complimentary, but it's several blocks away, so be ready to carry your luggage a fair distance.

Isabella was such a warm host, always happy to help with anything. The Trulli felt magical, with plenty of space and a really comfortable stay. It has a private courtyard and is close to all the facilities. Thank you, Isabella 😍

We liked this magical, authentic Trulli in beautiful Alberobello so much that our one-night booking turned into two. It was spacious and comfortable, with lots of nice extras. We loved sharing wine on the private terrace and looking out over the Trulli rooftops. Isabella was a wonderful host, quick to respond and helpful, and her restaurant recommendations were good.
