I loved this trip and thought the place was great. A couple of staff members seemed a little confused when I spoke, and at times it felt like we were taking up their time.

We were welcomed with juice, water, coffee, and baked goods, and the place was clean and pleasant. The host was so kind and helpful, sending all the information I needed to make the trip memorable. The main attractions were close, about a 5-10 minute walk, with plenty to do nearby. We also got restaurant suggestions, free Wi-Fi and parking, an attractions list, and more. The last few pictures show the room we were given.

We meant to stay just one night, but a minor accident shortly before arrival meant we ended up staying three nights to recover. It had nothing to do with the B&B. The staff were attentive and helped with our requests, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the money.

We were accommodated in three different rooms because of our situation, and each one was comfortable and beautiful. The guesthouse is clean and well located, close to both the railway station and Alberobello village, around a 10-15 minute walk. We’d made a mistake with our reservation, but the staff sorted it out and were very understanding and kind. Grazie mille!
