The beach was lovely, and the staff there and inside the campsite were great. The young woman at the beach bar was especially nice. We only stayed one night, in one of the cute stable tents, and the place itself looked really nice. What got to me was the music. It was still blasting loudly after 10:30pm in September, when it isn't even high season. I get that there's entertainment, but I came to a campsite to relax. I grew up camping in summers with quiet hours, so this didn't feel like the restful stay I expected. If I wanted that much noise, I could have slept in a club.

We had a great stay in one of the tents, and the staff were phenomenal. Porto Santo Stefano is an easy trip from here. Special thanks to the night attendant Fabio, who went above and beyond for my family.

We left after arriving because the campervan pitches were in a bare area by reception, shown as the BBQ area on the map. They had almost no shade or privacy and were beside the road along the campsite. We'd booked three nights, but it wasn't a very appealing place to stay. The spots in the pine forest, marked blue in the picture, are only for caravans and tents. Maybe the accommodations are nicer, but for a campervan there are definitely cozier places.

We were happy with our stay and even started planning a return next year. It was our first time visiting Argentario, and after a week we wished we could stay longer. The camp was clean and fairly quiet, even in peak season, and the sand beach was clean too. The sea was okay near the sand beach, then clear after a few metres. Our lodge was tidy, parking was well organized with a spot for our house, and the only thing we missed was a microwave. We arrived early after driving overnight, before the official 4pm check-in. We completed the paperwork at 10am and went straight to the resort beach. When the house was ready, reception called us to collect the keys at 1pm. That was a great way to handle it. There are three restaurants in the camp for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's better to book a table for dinner. We thought the prices were good for the value. There's also a small shop with most food, drinks, and other basics. About 3km away, there's a village with Coop and Careffour supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and a train stop on the Rome-Pisa route. The beach is small, and renting an umbrella and seat costs a little extra, though it can be included for free.

The kids had a lot of fun, and the room price seemed fair. We'd consider booking again next year. We stayed for eight nights and asked about an upgrade after checking the website for availability. Reception sorted it out without any trouble. Both rooms were clean and ready for us, and the kitchen in the second had everything needed for cooking. The parking was reasonably close, and the sea wasn't far away. The kids loved it there. It was quiet at night. Mosquitoes only showed up on our last evening. The beach umbrella service wasn't part of our booking, as we already knew, and if you want the same spot with a clear view of the kids, you need to get there early. In peak season that could be tricky without the beach service. The little market is small but has the essentials, at okay prices. The seaside restaurant wasn't expensive and had lots of fresh food. We only noticed on our last morning that they also have plenty of breakfast items. There's a supermarket about five minutes away. Music by the sea was a bit loud, but we moved over and it was fine. Most staff at the beach and kids' activities speak Italian. At reception, some employees also speak English and a little German.
