The location was very remote, with nowhere within walking distance, and checkout was frustrating. I wanted to raise my complaints with the host, but got a voicemail asking me to leave the keys in the mailbox. Check-in had also been brief and not very thorough. Andrea, the host, didn't even realize the item called a "Jacuzzi" wasn't working. There was no proper house guide, just a few notes about restrictions, and although the website mentioned spa access, we couldn't use it. The host hadn't brought it up either, and we couldn't find it ourselves. I booked a suite for August 13th, 14th, and 15th, but the accommodation was just a bedroom and bathroom, with no separate living area or other room. The Jacuzzi was actually a basic hydromassage tub and didn't work when we arrived. I was told I'd get a refund for the day without it, but it never got fixed, so I felt the refund should have covered more than one day. We also had to leave the room for a technician to come. The internet was weak or unavailable. I have lots of videos that I couldn't upload here, as well as the photos attached to my complaint, to show this. The TV signal was poor too, and the picture often went black. There was no breakfast service, even for a fee, and only one low-quality courtesy set for two people for two nights. The mini-bar had just one bottle of water, and we got two coffee pods for two people over three days. No sheet or towel changes were offered, even for a fee, and there was no washing machine, clothesline, or dryer.
