We've stayed in this apartment twice now, and we're already making plans to come back. It's a great spot, about a 15-minute walk from the train station with cafés and shops nearby. Entry to the building and room is by code, which made things very easy. Inside, the rooms are spacious and very clean, with fresh sheets and towels. There's also an iron and hairdryer for guests to use. The kitchenette has a fridge, stovetop, pots, a frying pan, and cutlery. I did miss having a kettle. I'd happily recommend it to everyone!

Once you figure it out, the setup is actually very convenient, though check-in can be difficult if you don't read Italian, as others have said. The apartment suite was nice and the location was great. I took off a star because there was no coffee machine, despite it being promised, and the shower head was defective. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The advertised pictures don't really represent the place, but the apartment was clean, easy to access, and came with its own parking space nearby. It sits right in the middle of the old center. Alessandria is a nice city, especially the old center, so it was a good place to rent overall.

The staff and owners were very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely apartment right in the centre of Alessandria, and the value for money was fantastic.
