Best Western JFK Hotel

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the rooms had everything we needed, even if they weren't especially large. Breakfast offered plenty of sweet and savory choices. The downside was the coffee setup: guests had to make their own drinks on machines that didn't produce great coffee or cappuccino. That's a letdown in a city so proud of its coffee tradition. The hotel is a good fit for Best Western standards, and its location in Fuorigrotta, in northern Naples, is convenient.

We really liked the rooms. They had everything we could want, including morning coffee and a bidet, and the cleaning lady made the bed and changed the towels daily. She also brought us anything we asked for. The receptionists always greeted us with a smile and were ready to help. The bar was great too, with cocktails for €7 and free snacks with drinks, which you usually only see at fancier restaurants. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby. Rinomato was the best and also the cheapest. During the day, da Mario makes fresh lunch. A supermarket, metro station, and train station are close by as well.

The shower floor was really dirty, and there was no iron or ironing board available. Apart from that, this was one of the better hotels I've stayed at in Naples. My room was fairly nice, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The staff were friendly and helpful, even at 3 am. There were lots of food options within walking distance.

The rooms were decent, but the location felt limiting. I thought being a little outside the city center might be nice. With more reliable, frequent public transport, it wouldn't have been much of an issue. Once it gets to 9 or 10 pm, though, getting back here becomes quite inconvenient.
