The B&B felt fresh and recently renovated, and it was clean and decent. I think there are only three rooms, and at least one is spacious enough for four people. The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but a good start to the day, with typical Italian food. There's free parking nearby. The only drawback was having no elevator, with the rooms above the ground floor.

The host made us a very good breakfast, with everything fresh. I even went to collect the croissants straight from the oven. Our room was amazing: a lovely bed, AC, smart TV, fridge, a large clean bathroom, and a balcony. It's about 10 minutes from downtown, so we could get around for food, shopping, and drinks without needing a car. There are lots of restaurants and pizza places nearby, and Roger'S Pizza is 300m from the apartment. Irish pubs, cocktail bars, and coffee shops are all around, too. Thank you for everything, it was amazing! Totally recommend.

Giuseppe was kind and accommodating, and spoke English. The room and toilet were clean, there was free parking nearby, and breakfast was nice. Traditional and great Alessandrian restaurants were easy to reach. It's 30 minutes from Serravalle, and made a great stop as we traveled between cities. Highly recommended!

The owner was super friendly and even quickly called a restaurant he recommended to check that it was open. We stayed there two weeks ago, and it was simply great. I've rarely seen a room this modern and clean while staying in Italy. A superb experience overall!

The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was a lovely chance to chat and hear more about the city while I was exploring. Thanks, guiseppe, for taking such good care of me.
