La Trunera Guest House

Our guests enjoyed the day as much as we did, and the venue was kept in meticulous condition with all the comforts needed for a wedding. We got married here on June 22, 2024, after organizing everything in just two months following a difficult, unusual situation caused by another venue that I won’t go into. We’re deeply grateful to Maria Assunta for the way she welcomed and looked after us from beginning to end. Her impeccable management made the day wonderful. Thank you for everything!

The setting really is enchanting, but the people managing it didn’t feel that way to us. A wedding ended with the bride in tears, after guests got rude responses and were threatened with a police call. An hour before the planned group farewell, we were told about COVID rules and a baptism the next day. We were treated like the Dotrakys from Game of Thrones, as if we were vandals, right from the moment we arrived in the gravel parking lot. Ritual photos, dancing by the pool, the buffet, which wasn’t served, rice, and confetti were all restricted, apparently to preserve the place for the next day. A ballad was moved to a tarpaulin gazebo that was off limits for obvious reasons. The general feeling was disgust, especially since nobody had behaved badly or seemed excessively tipsy. Hugs to the newlyweds. Despite everything, everything else was perfect. ♥️

We celebrated our wedding at the Tenuta, with family and friends, and the elegant, carefully maintained setting was perfect. MariaAssunta, wedding planner Elisa, chef Paolo, and the whole team were kind, friendly, helpful, and skilled, even with the weather looking threatening. They made our dreams come true and made the day feel perfect. The breakfast by the pool the next morning was a lovely final treat.

The party went smoothly and followed the anti-COVID regulations, thanks to everyone’s professionalism. Mrs. Maria Assunta guided us through an uncertain time and was always available to answer our requests. Elisa, the wedding planner, supported us and put up with us, too. My daughter’s wedding was on Saturday, June 19th, in a beautifully arranged setting, with a stunning lawn, buffet, table settings, poolside dancing, and a confetti display. A wonderful experience, highly recommended.
