B&B Masseria Lu Palummaru

We only had four days here, which was a shame. The owners made us feel at home and were very welcoming. The property is lush and ideally placed for Salento's best attractions. We'll definitely be back, highly recommend!

The pool is clean and seldom crowded, with sun loungers available even though the summer camp uses it for about an hour each day. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, and the facility is very well maintained. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. We've come back before, and had another truly restful holiday. There's lots of space on this quiet property, including ample parking. The owner is friendly and happy to share information. We had a very spacious room with high ceilings and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade and local products, and the huge pool had plenty of loungers.

We've come back over the years, and it remains a lovely, airy place surrounded by the Apulian landscape. The large pool is well kept, and the owners are friendly and available around the clock. Breakfast is Italian, mostly sweet, and typical of Salento, though the owner will provide more if you want it. It's just 10 minutes from both the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, with picturesque inland and coastal villages only a few kilometers away. If there were more stars to give, this place would deserve them all.
