Mary was always available to help, and the surroundings made for a really pleasant holiday. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished, and have a refrigerator. Sharing one drying rack between three rooms or families felt a bit limited, though, and making our own coffee would have been useful given how far the café is. The apartments are very sparsely furnished. The property has a lot of potential.

The staff are very accommodating, especially Mrs. Mary, who is so friendly and willing to help with special requests. The outdoor seating area is lovely, and the price is good. The newer rooms are clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a fridge, though there's no desk, even a small one, and the bathroom could use a few hooks for towels or a bathrobe. The apartments are older and not as well equipped. I didn't try the restaurant food, although it was clearly attracting plenty of people.

We stayed in one of the rooms and found it cozy and clean, and breakfast was excellent too. The restaurant serves fresh produce from the area and was excellent. Mary, who looks after the rooms, was so attentive to the little details. Such a special place, we'll come back on our next holiday.

The setting was beautiful, but the food was average and the rest of the evening was a mess. There were four adults and three children in our group, and service was disorganized and terrible. The person taking our order abandoned us partway through to seat another table. The waiters seemed to be overcharging us, and the person managing table service scolded them in front of customers. Our bill came to €260, far too much for what we ate. They also charged us €10 for fresh figs that we hadn't ordered, which they brought to the table themselves. I'd give zero stars for everything else, but I can't, so one star.
