The big terrace was a nice bonus, and the location worked well for us: about 20 mins walk to the old town and 10-15mins to the seafront. We stayed in room 2, which has its own bathroom across the hallway. It's private to the room, but having to lock it and deal with that was a bit of a pain. You can hear other guests, though it's a budget place. For the price, this small apartment served us well. The lady working there was nice, no complaints about her.

I visited in November when there was nobody else, so I had the whole apartment to myself for a really nice affordable price. It has 3 double rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Even shared with more people, it's a spacious place with all the amenities, about 15min walk from the old town.

I left a wallet in the room, and Alghero4u still haven't replied to ANY of my emails about it, despite it being lost for two days. That's very bad customer service and little consideration for important lost items. To be very clear, the guy who helped us at the beginning and showed us the rooms was really nice. My complaint is only about the company he works for, Alghero4u. EDIT: When Alghero4u gets in touch and helps me sort this out, I'll revise this review. So far, I haven't received any communication. They never called or answered my emails, and only replied here after I posted a bad review that affects their image. EDIT: Please see the attached photos showing that Alghero4u had NOT answered me until this morning.

A lot of things are broken or don't work, and the place isn't clean. We enjoyed Alghero, but if we go back, we'll definitely stay somewhere else.

I booked one night, arrived, and called the phone number for 30 min. Nobody answered. The website returned my deposit, so I cancelled the booking.
