Casa Nova BB

Giuseppe, the owner, is very nice, and the location is convenient, about five minutes on foot from the city center and around 20 minutes from Lido Beach, where the beach and water are cleaner and it’s less crowded. We stayed in the Pink room in this three-room apartment, which has a shared kitchen and entrance and a private bathroom for each room. Ours was high enough, with a pleasant bathroom, white furniture, wardrobe, large mirror, balcony, mini fridge, TV, air conditioning, and hangers. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and it felt a bit cold at night, so a mattress would help. There’s no mosquito net either. Breakfast was fine, with a little of everything but not much food, and the coffee was great.

Casa Nova is in a great spot in Alghero, right by the bus station and close to lots of good restaurants. I’ve stayed twice and recommend it. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with plenty of storage and air conditioning. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each day, and the host was friendly, helpful, and spoke English.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to the old city, bus station, and beach, and it was great value for the price. Our room was sweet-looking, clean, and roomy, with a nice private bathroom, a comfortable bed, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was okay, with fruit, cereal, pastries, coffee, and juice, served in a pleasant spot by a small balcony.

The B&B is well placed for getting around the city center and walking to both of Alghero’s beaches. Markets and restaurants are nearby too, though with a car you may need to wait a little for a parking spot. The owners gave us a lovely, friendly welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds were made and housekeeping done daily. Breakfast was excellent.
