Maria Pia beach is only a five-minute walk away, which is why I picked this place, and it's especially handy for families with children. Nearby you'll also find supermarkets about ten minutes away on foot and a Wednesday market. I stayed in a three-room apartment for the last week of August 2021 and the first week of September. It was very clean and welcoming, and the manager was so kind. We also made good use of the garden for bikes or beach gear and the nice patio for eating outside. Street parking takes a bit of a walk, though this is really only an issue in August. If I come back to Alghero, I'd choose this place first.

The owner is really friendly, offers tips on places to visit, and parking is easy. The one thing I'd change is the mattresses. They're old and a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

The owner was very friendly, and the place felt welcoming. The garden could be better looked after, and the Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak. It seems to be shared among several apartments.
