Domominore Country Hotel Alghero

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the hotel feels brand new. The staff were very helpful, the place was quiet and felt safe, and there was everything we needed. The pool is nice and there's plenty of parking. It's very close to the airport, but because it's a small airport, we didn't hear planes. Getting in is easy, and the room and gate opening system is simple. Someone is available by phone if you need help. Alghero is nearby and easy to reach. For Sardinia, the price is very cheap.

We spent a whole week using the bus, and the stop is only a one-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were kind, especially the woman at reception, and I loved the morning cappuccinos served by such a hospitable man. It's a cozy, homelike hotel in a peaceful, green area, a nice place to relax. The pool was handy for cooling off on hot days, even at night. When visiting another country or island, I think you have to adapt to the food, traditions and people to really get to know the place. We were very happy with our vacation here.

Everyone at Hotel Domominore was so generous and kind, and I wish them and their kitten, Luna, all the best. When no taxi would take me to the airport, the woman at check-in offered me a ride, which I’m incredibly grateful for. The staff also accommodated my delayed flight and late arrival without any trouble. My room was clean and beautiful, with a lovely mountain view when I woke up. Breakfast had a huge selection and everything tasted great, especially the cappuccino. I couldn't have asked for a better night in Alghero. Can't wait to visit again!

The staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel was very clean with a wonderful breakfast. There's free parking on site. Getting to the airport or Alghero by bus is difficult, though that's not the hotel's fault, so use a car if you can.
