La Pavoncella Blu

There’s no reception, just a young man who brings you the keys. The old wooden doors have glass panels covered with a sheet, so there’s no real privacy. The keys are simple interior keys, and the doors can be opened easily. I wouldn’t feel safe leaving things, especially valuables, in the room. At checkout they leave a sort of fake receipt from a Buffetti-style receipt book, which clearly isn’t for tax purposes, so it seems everything is under the table. The bathroom is outside the room and extremely uncomfortable, and it doesn’t have a bidet. The room itself is spacious but cold and bare, with only beds and a wardrobe, not even a table to put things on. Breakfast was discount-store products. The Coop is across the street, so loading and unloading starts at 6 a.m. and disturbs your sleep. Absolutely avoidable.

I stayed with two friends in a triple room. The bathroom was outside the room, which was a bit disappointing, and the decor was simple. Still, the place was very clean. Breakfast was packaged because of the COVID restrictions, but there was plenty of it. The owners were very helpful, and for the price I’d definitely stay again.

Francesca is very kind and helpful, and the price is fair. It’s a peaceful place to relax, with a comfortable room, spotless bathroom, and delicious breakfast, even though the sea and restaurants are just steps away. Score 10.

I had a great time here this weekend with my partner and our dog. The room was lovely and very clean, and Ivan was so kind when he welcomed us. Thank you.
