At €135 a night, this place is a rip-off. It’s basically a converted garage with no daylight unless you leave the door open, which opens right onto the sidewalk where cars are parked. So you’re stuck choosing between air conditioning and light 😤. They said sheets were included, but there weren’t any. Avoid this place.

We were traveling with a child and my elderly in-laws, and seriously considered leaving to find somewhere else. The place had been converted from a commercial space, which sounds like it could work in theory, but the mold smell hit as soon as we walked in. The bathroom door was broken, the shower had mold, and the furniture was dirty, with a lot of it broken too. We also found a cockroach wandering around, and the fridge and freezer were crusty.

The value for money was excellent, and the apartment itself was nice and new, even though it initially felt a little off-putting. It seems to have been a garage or shop, with a shutter over the opaque street-facing window. Ours was a loft, and people on both levels were at least 6'4" tall. I'm 6'5" and had to duck to get between the floors. It's a bit away from the center but close to the seafront. They also always leave a welcome bottle of Vermentino. We didn't get a chance to drink it, but it was a nice gesture.

It's dirty, moldy, and has neither light nor ventilation. Renting out a dump like this is shameful. Don't expect complaints to get anywhere, either, because your contact person will just muddy the waters. I wouldn't even give it one star. I've got photos for anyone with a strong stomach.
