Check-in and check-out were easy, and the place was comfortable, clean, new, and in a good location. It felt like being at home away from home.

The apartment looked like it could have been a lovely holiday place, which makes what we found all the more disappointing. We lasted maybe 40 seconds inside before leaving in alarm. There were at least seven cockroaches, and we might have seen more if we had stayed. We did get the booking fee refunded, but not the tourist tax. I tried contacting them by email and WhatsApp and heard nothing, so after a week I'm leaving this review. The vestibule also had a very strong smell. I can only assume it was some kind of insecticide, and it seemed very unhealthy for residents. I do not recommend it.

There are lots of shops and cafes nearby, and the old town is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is new, clean, and well kept, with a high standard for Italy. It has everything you need, including kitchen appliances. I highly recommend it.

The host is very helpful and friendly, and the apartment is brand new and kept in great condition. It’s just steps from the center and two minutes from the sea. We couldn’t enjoy the sea as much as we’d hoped because of the rainy days, but we’ve already booked again for this summer.
