The apartment was clean and lovely, with coffee, snacks, and water provided. Breakfast was a croissant and coffee at a café about a five-minute walk away. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the city center, in a quiet, pleasant area. Erika was so kind and helpful with every question. She’s the best host we’ve ever met. The accommodation was simply excellent.

We stayed in the Biancospino room, which felt relaxing and thoughtfully designed. It was spotless, and the private hot tub made the stay feel even more special. Erika welcomed us right away and made us feel at home. She’s incredibly energetic, helpful, and organized. A great choice if you’re after more than just a place to sleep, with Erika’s warmth and enthusiasm adding a lot to the experience.

Erika was very kind and helpful, sharing tips on beaches, places to see, and restaurants. My husband and I stayed four nights in May and felt really pampered. The Mimosa room was spacious and impeccably clean, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from the seafront and historic center. I highly recommend it.

Erika even put together a beautiful surprise setting for my boyfriend’s birthday, which made the whole present turn out perfectly. I’m so grateful. She helped us with a problem, was always available for questions or requests, and was wonderful both as a person and a host, as was her landlord. The Biancospino room with the tub was a lovely experience, and especially welcome since it was very windy during our stay. Erika’s clear instructions meant we had no trouble getting it started. The guesthouse itself was beautiful and flawless. She left fresh water and lovely juices every day, and breakfast was included at a nearby bar.
