We had a really nice holiday. The apartment was spacious, and we didn't need the air conditioning because it was cool enough to sleep with the windows open. The host was lovely and suggested lots of attractions and good restaurants. He also let us check out late because our flight was in the evening, which helped us a lot. The beach is 10 minutes away, and Alghero's old town is about 20 minutes away. Thank you very much!

My family and I are easygoing travellers, and we like simple places that are clean and central. Solemare was our perfect base in Alghero! The old town is a 15-minute walk along the lovely seafront promenade, and the beach is just a few metres away. There's excellent pizza by the metre at Lido on the beach. Two supermarkets are 500 metres away, and public transport for the natural park, caves and other places stops nearby. The railway entrance is 70 metres away on the main street. The funny puppy was a hit with my kids! A few things could do with replacing, but nothing that got in the way of a good Alghero holiday. We booked on Solemare's official website and found the biggest discount online, so check it out. Thanks, Elio, for the warm welcome.

The room was lovely, cozy and very clean, and the garden was nice too. It felt like staying at home, right in town and close to everything, including the beach. Some rooms have private bathrooms, but they cost a little more. We chose a cheaper room with a shared bathroom, which came without a TV or air conditioning. The owner is a really nice and helpful guy. Highly recommended.

Elio was always attentive and ready to help. He even let us leave our luggage and get changed before check-in, and he was there whenever we needed anything. We also got to meet the cute dog Lillo! We spent a great week with friends at Solemare. The apartment was spacious, the rooms were clean, and the green garden outside was lovely for relaxing. The city beach is under 10 minutes away on foot, and Maria Pia is about a 20-minute walk. There are two supermarkets and a pizzeria nearby, and the bus stop is just a few minutes away. It's a nice walk along the beach to the city center, about 20 minutes. I'd definitely recommend booking Solemare.

After a busy day exploring Alghero, we loved relaxing in the B&B's garden. It's a great place to hang out, and Alghero is a great area to discover. The owner, Elio, was great and really took time to share tips. He knows a lot about Sardinia and its history. We felt at home and highly recommend Solemare B&B.
