Mariella, the owner, welcomed us so warmly and was always around to explain everything. She's really sweet, and her professionalism was exceptional. The apartment was bright, welcoming, very clean, and well equipped. It's a great fit for a seaside break, with lots of nearby restaurants for good food. Highly recommend it!

Being between Viale Sardegna and Viale Europa makes it easy to enjoy Alghero in a relaxed setting. The sea and beach are two minutes away, and the city center is a 15-minute walk at a brisk pace. There's a little playground in the middle and a tennis court for older kids. The residence has several owner-owned apartments, each with its own style and attention to detail. Mine had everything needed for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning. The main issue was soundproofing. I was in a central apartment on the second of three floors, ground floor included, and had an unpleasant roommate who walked around in high heels every night. That's not really a criticism of the residence, she was clearly a tourist and inconsiderate. The convenient location quickly made me forget about it. It would be a great place to spend the summer in harmony.
