There were nine of us, three Canadians, two Scots, one English, one Irish, and two Belgians. We arrived when the restaurant was closed, but they opened especially for us and greeted us so warmly. The chef made fresh pasta, and we had excellent home-cooked food across many courses. Totally excellent.

The appetizers were fresh and made with local products, and the ravioli was divine. We visited La Contadina Sisina two days ago, and the chef opened just for us. The authentic Italian food was so delicious I could visit Aliano just for this restaurant! ❤️

We were there as special guests of a friend, and it was amazing. A typical Italian-style meal that stretched over four-plus hours, with an unbelievable 16 courses.
