The location was amazing, but things weren’t all ready when we arrived. For example, there were only 3 bedding complects instead of 4, and the floors were very cold. The car rent the owner offered was much more expensive than the average in Palermo.

The apartment was spotless and set up very practically, so it works well for families. It’s in a quiet part of the city but still very close to the center. We had a small problem with a bathroom fixture, and it was fixed right away without any fuss. A well-deserved 5 stars.

Simona's service was fantastic, and the apartment was very clean and in an excellent location. For the price, it was excellent value, and I’d highly recommend it. The shower and electric water heater could be better. With four adults and two children, sometimes there wasn’t enough hot water for everyone and it came out cold. There was also a slightly annoying noise in the double bedroom that made it hard to sleep well in the early hours.

The apartment was clean and well located in the city, but it was dark inside. The balcony was too small to use, and there was no soap for washing hands.

A clean, welcoming and functional apartment right in the heart of Palermo. It’s a great base for enjoying the whole city on foot, and more. Highly recommended.
