I was cycling around the area in summer, and Garni Chiara was ideally placed for epic rides such as the Sella Ronda and other iconic local passes. There’s a grocery store nearby, along with some nice restaurants. The rooms are basic but acceptable for the price, enough when you're out being active and mainly need a hot shower and a quiet night’s sleep. Breakfast got repetitive, though I can’t compare it with other places of this calibre in the region. The hosts created an incredibly warm, pleasant atmosphere, and that’s why I give it 5 stars for the location and welcome. Their English isn’t flawless, but communication was fine.

Had a really relaxing time here. The beach was great, the staff were great, and the services were top notch. Lovely location too. Congratulations to all the staff, and thanks for the experience!

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and the power outlets weren’t in convenient places.

I booked two double rooms for friends, and they were really pleased with their stay. They said the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and courteous. Parking is available too. Breakfast was the one letdown, though the location right in the center of Alleghe makes it easy to recommend.

We stayed as a family with our two-year-old son. They provided a camp bed that fitted into the spacious room without getting in the way. The bathroom was comfortable and roomy, with a window. The room itself was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and breakfast delicious, with sweet and savory choices. The B&B is very close to the lake, just steps from the cable car up to Civetta, and across the street from the ice rink. I’d recommend it for the excellent value.
