Giovanna and her sister were so friendly and helpful. We had a clean, tidy, comfortable apartment with a view over Alleghe lake. Fantastic place, thank you!

A very nice apartment in a nice ski area.

We stayed in this Alleghe apartment with friends for New Year's Eve, 25/26. The view of Lake Alleghe from the fourth floor was truly beautiful. It’s centrally located, close to amenities and the ski slopes, and the private parking is spacious, just a few dozen meters from the building. The apartment itself was in poor condition. There were cobwebs on lamps and in the room corners, thick dust on the radiators, dirt between the sink and stove, and crumbs in the fruit bowl. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower grout and dust on the tiles. The dining area and bedroom lights hung with exposed wires, as also shown in photos on the official website. Every radiator gurgled constantly, like running water. On the second day, we had to sweep the floor ourselves and picked up dirt that clearly wasn’t from just one night. The furnishings were dated, but that was clear from the photos and wasn’t an issue. The lack of care with cleaning was surprising given the many positive reviews. The cloth blankets also seemed obsolete and unhygienic. The building entrance is on a busy road with poor visibility in both directions, an objectively dangerous setup, though that isn’t the owners’ fault. We only dealt with the owners through WhatsApp. We’re not especially fussy and just wanted to have fun, ski, and celebrate the New Year, so we chose not to report the problems until the end of the stay, calmly and without controversy. We expected an apology, but instead were accused of supposedly retaliating because we hadn’t been given an extra half hour for checkout. That was frankly inappropriate. A disappointing stay, and we won’t return.

The apartments are spacious and handy for the town center and lakeside promenade. Our welcome was kind and helpful, and the reserved parking was very convenient. They’re a bit dated, though, and face the main road, so you can hear traffic below at certain times. Getting out of the building is also a bit dangerous.
