We only stayed one night as a family, but had a great time. It’s handy for the main roads and close to the sea. The building has a 1970s look, though everything was clean, tidy and functional. What stood out most was the owner’s kindness. She’s a gentle, refined lady with a warm smile and a good sense of humor, and she was ready to understand what guests needed and help in practical ways. I definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks again.

The owners were kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful holiday. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was classic, with fresh croissants and a selection of drinks. There’s plenty nearby: supermarkets and shops are easy to reach, public transport serves the area well, and the roundabout with lots of restaurants is just a few minutes on foot. That’s also where the bike path starts, running straight to San Benedetto del Tronto. The sea is only steps away, with many beach clubs offering umbrellas and loungers, and the Sentina Nature Park is close too.
