I’m on my fifth stay at Luigi’s BNB, and it’s become my home when I visit S. Benedetto del Tronto. As a woman traveling alone, I feel very safe here. Luigi is professional and responsive, and even when he’s busy, he takes time to answer all my questions. It’s especially helpful that he speaks English when I don’t understand something, and he gives great food recommendations. The BNB is an easy walk to the beach, the center, and the Tower. I also like being close to Centro Smeraldo, where I get massages and other wellness services. Ciao Luigi!! I’ll be back again.

Luigi’s hospitality was impeccable, and the price was excellent. He welcomed me warmly and helped with all the information and needs I had during my stay. The house is just steps from the center and convenient for the beach. My room and bathroom were spotless, and breakfast was truly delicious. I also got to use the provided bike, which was a welcome surprise. I felt at home and will definitely return.

I happened to find this place by chance and had a wonderful stay. The staff were always there for any need, even things unrelated to the accommodation, and I felt at home. The rooms aren’t very large, but they’re extremely clean and well looked after, as are the bathrooms. Breakfast had everything! It’s very welcoming, and I’d love to come back. I recommend it even for just one night in the area, thanks to its spot just off the pedestrian area and the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness.
