We were on the fifth floor, in room 17, and our friends were in room 20 on the same floor. With two separate staircases, reaching them meant going down to the ground floor and climbing another five flights. Ridiculous planning, and there's no elevator. The ski room isn't heated either, so you have to carry your boots up to the fifth floor. For a seven person apartment, they provided only two toilet rolls for the whole week. There was no cordless kettle.

The apartment was quiet and had what we needed, with a nice lake view and good parking. It's close to the cable car and supermarket, and there's a good pizza restaurant five minutes away. We got the key at 21. The office was easy to contact. There was a humidity problem in my room, but a dryer was provided and sorted it out.

It's a spacious apartment in a great spot, with lake views, two nice terraces and a convenient garage. Good value for the money. A few small things could use more attention: there was no dish sponge or washing liquid, and no salt, pepper, oil or sugar. More places to hang clothes would help too.

The rooms are simply furnished, and there was a mold problem. I wouldn't recommend it.

The welcoming staff, elegant rooms and lovely views made for a great stay at Regina Residence. The amenities were excellent too. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing break.
