I’m staying here now and would absolutely recommend it. The welcome is warm, the food is excellent, and the rooms are elegant. There’s a big pool where you can swim for a good long while, and the staff make you feel at home. It’s a quiet, cosy hotel with around 40 rooms and a personal touch. If you want a busy place full of music and pool games, this probably won’t suit you. The spa is another plus, with massages at a reasonable 80 euro, which I appreciate since spas can be ridiculously expensive these days. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
A really peaceful stay. Everything was clean and nice, and the staff were attentive and ready to help. Two suggestions for management: please deal with the wasps around the breakfast area, since some mornings they can be a real problem. Also, put up clear signs showing the pool depth. There’s no indication of it anywhere, and while I was playing and laughing with my one-year-old, I suddenly felt the floor disappear under my feet. It was scary.
The location isn’t very convenient without a car. You’ll need to drive to beaches, shops, and restaurants, and I’d suggest Porto Cesareo if you won’t have a car. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely rooms and a nice pool. The kids loved the tennis and football area, though it isn’t in great shape if you actually want to play tennis. Breakfast was good but limited, and the dinner menu was too. More familiar dishes for children would have been nice. The staff were really kind and tried to sort out any problems. Special thanks to Felix and Victoria for making our stay enjoyable.
We needed a clean, attractive hotel with friendly staff, a good protein breakfast, and a chance to properly relax, and that’s what we found. The breakfast was especially welcome since that can be hard to find in this region. We felt at ease and didn’t have to worry about anything. Gallipoli is just 20 minutes away, and the hotel also makes it easy to explore the beautiful southern coast. Thank you!
Unless you want somewhere isolated, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very far from everything, though it could work if you plan to spend every day at the hotel. The beds were really uncomfortable, the rooms don’t have smart TVs, and breakfast was dull. There were even bees on the food. The spa costs extra, and don’t expect anyone to guide you around it. The only good part was two staff members, a tall, very nice young woman and a very nice young man with glasses. Sorry, I don’t know their names.
