The location works really well: it's peaceful, yet close to routes in every direction. Our room was kept clean and tidy, and everything felt just right. The owner paid attention to what we needed, suggested things to do and places to visit, and pointed us toward excellent restaurants. A very positive stay, I'd give it a 10 😀

Rosso Salento is a beautiful B&B, well maintained, clean, and practical. We stayed for a week and can only say good things about it. The rooms are so large and spacious that “rooms” hardly does them justice, and they have all the comforts to make you feel at home and independent. It's set in a convenient spot between the sea and the center of Alliste. Michela and Franco are a real bonus: friendly, great company, and always helpful. We'd gladly return next time we're in Alliste. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay where you're well looked after. A well-deserved set of positive reviews.

The B&B is lovely, with a clean, welcoming room and a host who was incredibly kind and helpful. Alliste itself has the feel of a classic southern Italian village, simple and peaceful, like stepping back in time. Thank you so much!

Back for a second work trip, and I'm just as happy with the cleanliness, comfort, professionalism, and courtesy. Highly recommended!

I really liked the hospitality here. The rooms have been renovated with taste, the place is very clean, and the location is fantastic. I'd love to come back as soon as I can.
