Hotel Almazzago

We spent a wonderful week here, meeting up with my parents, who came from Poland, while we joined them from Rome. The service was lovely at every turn, from reception to the bar, restaurant, and spa. Our room was clean and very nice, and the spa had a great view and excellent massage options. Getting to the lift was easy: it’s a 12-minute walk or two minutes by bus, with buses every 15 minutes. The slopes were amazing; I recommend getting the full pass to ski on both sides of the mountains. Free buses also reach the nice restaurants and small towns nearby, and there’s a train station close by for exploring farther afield. A very strong five stars.

After skiing, we made good use of the two saunas, the hot steam room, and the pool with its jacuzzi. The hotel also runs a free shuttle to the ski gondola every 15 minutes, so we never had to wait long. We spent a week skiing in the Dolomites, and the whole stay exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices for everyone. It’s a beautiful hotel with great service, and we’re already planning to come back. Grazie!

We came as a group of 12, and we’re already sure we’ll return as soon as we can. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. There’s a great spa with a large pool that’s good for swimming and has a jacuzzi inside, plus a choice of dry or wet sauna. Everything was very clean, and our spacious rooms had lovely mountain views. The food was delicious, varied each day, and included vegan options.

This was my fourth or fifth stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back next year. The rooms are nice with great views, the facilities are good, and the food is great. What really sets it apart is the fantastic staff, who do everything they can to help.
