The food was fabulously good. Our room was large and luxurious, and the setting was quiet and beautiful, though really in the middle of nowhere.

The staff took such good care of our family celebration. The cake made for the occasion was delicious and elegantly decorated, and the service was impeccable, always attentive and with a smile. The food was outstanding too, with each course made from fresh ingredients sourced locally and full of traditional flavors. The tender, flavorful meat dishes were especially lovely. The setting was enchanting, surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view of the hills. Every part of Asfodelo Agriturismo restaurant is carefully kept, with an authentic rustic feel that suits the Altamura countryside. We celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary there, and from the moment we arrived, the warm, genuine hospitality made the day feel special and unforgettable. Thank you, Angelo and Francesco.
