Roberto was always quick to help, and the little apartments were clean and comfortable. They’re right in the heart of Altamura’s medieval city, in lovely, characterful buildings. I’d come back if I return to Puglia.

Casa Farella is right in the center, with everything in town an easy walk away, and the rooftop terrace is amazing. The B&B was extremely clean, and it had the best air conditioning we’ve ever had in Italy. Roberto was a top-notch host: when we got lost, he kindly came to pick us up on his scooter, then spent 30 minutes marking places on a map. His suggestions were all great, from gelato and cheese shops to bakeries, espresso cafes, and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back. Ciao 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

The room is very close to Altaumura’s oldest bakery, so don’t leave without trying the bread and focaccia! Roberto was very kind and always willing to help whenever we needed something.
