The service was great, and they left so much breakfast that I couldn't finish it, haha. I loved the room too, especially the LED lights, the bed, and the glass overhead with its added LED lighting. It's slightly tucked away, but still within the city center. I loved it!

Carmela looked after us so well during our two-week stay, and we felt pampered. She was available whenever we needed something, and when we were due to leave the next day, she let us stay an extra night. The room was excellent and well located near the center. From her welcome to our goodbye, everything went perfectly. We'll be back soon, highly recommended!

Altamura is very busy, though its narrow streets are charming. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a vaulted ceiling that makes it seem partly carved into the mountain. A lovely B&B in the heart of Altamura's old town.

Carmela is extremely kind and helpful, and her warm smile puts you at ease. We had a wonderful time. The B&B is clean and welcoming, with a gorgeous, carefully detailed room that has everything you need and all the comforts. Just steps from the center.

Parking was the one drawback for us, though in Altamura's historic center it's hard to expect to find a spot. Otherwise, we had everything we needed in our studio: an electric cooktop, sink, automatic coffee machine, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, bathroom supplies, air conditioning and TV. The furnishings feel carefully thought through right down to the details, and the place is only about a five-minute walk from everything in the center. Most of all, Carmela and Giancarlo were so kind and helpful. Thanks to them for their courtesy and dedication. We had a great stay at B&B C'era una volta.
