We stayed here as a large group in February 23. Some rooms were nice, but others weren’t large enough for two people. Most had no wardrobes, and the rooms were cold. Breakfast offered very little choice. When we said we wanted to leave, they asked us for an extra fee and took it. After just one night, we had to move to another hotel.

The place wasn’t clean, and the service felt far from appropriate. They overcharged us and didn’t give us information. The host was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She even made fun of foreigners for not speaking Itaian, while she herself spoke only Italian.

Breakfast was very good, with most of it homemade, and the owner brought it right to us, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The location, rooms, and service were excellent.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The lady was friendly, and the rooms had a lovely historic feel. It’s a great place to experience that atmosphere in Altamura.

The beds were so, so comfortable, and the rooms were amazing. The lady was incredibly kind and the service was amazing too. You should visit!
