The staff we met were friendly, and parking was easy, but we left disappointed. My friend and I had booked 90 minutes in the spa for €30 each, and I’d been looking forward to it. The pool was barely lukewarm, with underwater steps and seats that were hard to see, so you had to move carefully. The hydrotherapy jets pushed you away, and there were no handrails to hold on to. There were only a couple of places to sit, without comfortable support or a way to steady yourself. The walls and ceiling above the pool need paint and mold removal. Outside the pool area there were a couple of small saunas and warm rooms, wooden beds, and a foot area with ice and hot and cold water that we didn’t see the point of. There were three ordinary showers and another row of three shower heads, one hot for a few seconds, one warm, and one cold. We didn't try those. The music could have been more relaxing. Water and teasana were offered, and the robes and flip-flops were soft. We wouldn't return; the experience just didn't satisfy us.

We spent two full days at the estate without feeling any need to go elsewhere. Though it isn't central, the quiet, green setting made it easy to forget everyday stress, and the grounds are spacious and well maintained. My wife and I loved the couples massage, which was deeply relaxing and surprisingly well priced for such a luxurious experience. The spa had all the comforts we could have wanted. From arrival, the hotel impressed us with its beauty and elegance. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive, always ready to help without hovering. We left refreshed and pampered, already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay with 5-star treatment.

It was dirty, with hair left in the sink. The toilet had no cover and smelled. It ruined my vacation.

I expected more from a hotel rated 5 stars.

The customer service was the worst part, even before I got there. I asked for a refund and wouldn't recommend this place.
