The rooms are on the small side, especially the bathrooms, which are too cramped. The hotel itself is spacious, nicely kept, and tastefully painted, with parking and grassy lawns. It's on the outskirts of Pisa and a bit remote, so expect a walk of around 500 meters for a pharmacy or groceries.

It's very close to the highway exit and worked well as a clean overnight stop on a road trip. Don't expect luxury or a cozy feel. For a three-star hotel the breakfast was OK, though the choice was very limited; there were scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese. Coffee came in a jug, but fresh coffee could be ordered at the bar for a fee. It seems above average for its category. The internet was very slow, and the bathroom fan, which comes on with the light, was extremely loud. Our double bed was two beds pushed together, with an uncomfortable mattress that sagged in the middle. Drinking water in the room cost extra.

The room wasn't cleaned on the first day, and we had to complain to get housekeeping. The fridge didn't work either. I raised it with three different people at the check-in desk over three days in a row, but nothing was done. The evening food is very cheap. I wouldn't recommend this place.

It was fine just for sleeping. Breakfast was poor, with only omelets, and we had to wait for a waiter to bring glasses for drinking. The coffee capsule machine wasn't good either.
