Apartments Obermayr

The traffic woke us early each morning. Our room had no air conditioning, so with the heat we kept the windows open, and from the back of the building the road noise started around 6:30 am. Lana is still beautiful and we'd like to visit again, just not stay at the Obermayr residence. We'd been happy here in August 2020, which is why we came back this year with my husband and our 17-year-old daughter. This time was a real letdown. The price had gone up a lot, while the service had gone down. The duvets and bedroom carpet were already stained when we arrived. The so-called single bed was made from sofa cushions. That might suit a child of 10 at most, but it was very uncomfortable for a teenager. When I told the owner the next morning, she said there was nothing she could do because the residence was full. Proper single beds for guests seem like a possible fix, especially as the extra bed costs extra. My husband sat on the room's chair and it broke. The indoor pool was a nuisance, and each morning we found clumps of hair in the shower.

The hosts were the real highlight, so incredibly kind. I've seldom come across such friendliness, and I'm already looking forward to staying at the Obermayr again. We were there for one summer night; the rooms were spacious and clean, and the whole house, garden and pool included, is beautiful.

Our kids were happiest in the pool, and the trip to the Gaul Gorge was a real highlight. The apartment was spotless and worked so well for a family holiday. The hosts were super friendly, too. Restaurants and shops are an easy walk away. Thanks for such lovely days, we'll definitely return!

We have already booked for this year and can't wait to come back. Mornings on the balcony are lovely, having breakfast while listening to nature. The indoor pool is fantastic, and parking is great, with a garage as well. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the house is beautiful. The hosts are so friendly, and you can really feel that family atmosphere. Here, they really treat the guest like a king. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
