B&B Ercole Di Amalfi

Valentina and her family made our stay feel special, especially with the fresh breakfast made to our choices each morning. The garden was peaceful, with lemon trees and a beautiful sea view, and our room was quiet. Valentina also shared useful restaurant suggestions, places to visit along the Amalfi coast, and the bus timetable. The bus stops right outside the gate. We were glad the B&B had free parking, since spaces are rare in the area, and we could leave our car safely just inside the gate. My husband and I stayed three nights on vacation. There are only three rooms, so we hope we get lucky with one again when we return. Thanks so much, Valentina and family!

Valentina was a lovely host and did all she could to make our stay better. Breakfast was delicious. Our bedroom was even nicer than the photos, spacious and modern, with a great shower and a really comfortable bed. The place sits in the mountains, surrounded by Amalfi's natural scenery.

The garden alone was spectacular, fragrant with lemon and lavender, and the terrace had breathtaking views. With just three rooms, the place felt like it was ours. We left our patio doors open to the garden and felt completely safe. The rooms were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable, with comfy beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast was wonderful too, freshly prepared to order from the choices you mark on a sheet and send in a photo. The main kitchen where Valentina and her family serve it has lovely tilework and natural wood details. Valentina also came through when we got lost and stranded in Norcello Italy on our way there. She responded quickly and arranged a taxi to pick us up, even though there were no taxis in Norcello going to Amalfi. We visited in early May this year, and the whole stay at Ercole Amalfi B&B felt like stepping into another time and world. I can't praise it enough. It was a little piece of paradise.

The view is incredibly beautiful, and breakfast can be tailored to what you like. Our room was well cared for and quiet, so we slept very well. The family running this extraordinary place are warm and service-minded, and their restaurant suggestions were really useful. I'd happily stay here again.
