March 2025 The terrace looked out over beautiful beaches and lots of lemon groves. I also loved the cute tableware, and I'm very grateful that our host's acquaintance met us at the parking lot and carried my suitcase, which weighed over 20 kg, up to the guesthouse with ease. My father drove us from Rome along narrow, winding mountain roads to Amalfi. From the parking lot, we had more than 80 steep steps to climb, with several staircases branching off. We stopped often to rest, and since the route wasn't straight, it was easy to lose our way, like Hansel and Gretel. I took photos of the stairs with location information on my phone so we'd know where we'd been. Next time, I think I'll bring just a backpack. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
