Davide was always available, and when we were leaving he kindly carried our bags down the stairs. I’d had a broken ankle only a few months earlier, so at first I nearly panicked at the thought of hauling my huge suitcase up the building’s old, narrow staircase. We loved the apartment, and if we can, we’ll return to Paridà. Thanks as well to his very kind sister. Everything was completely clean, and the ceramics were fabulous. The bathroom was clean too, with a great shower and all the toiletries. My friend slept upstairs, while I used the comfortable sofa bed, which was easy to set up. Davide brought us extra sheets. The TV worked, and the coffee machine made excellent coffee once I figured out that the handle needed to be pressed all the way in. From the grilled window, we could see the neighbor’s cat and lemon trees in the courtyard. Davide also gave us a brochure for the beautiful Regatta of the Maritime Republics. We stayed at B&B Il Parida from May 15-18, 2025. The location is excellent for Amalfi, with all its stairs, and it’s quiet at night.

We stayed here as a family and really liked the apartment. It was comfortable and cozy, with everything we needed for an easy stay. Pure Amalfi Coast style☺️ The historic center location is handy, just a two-minute walk from the port and bus stop. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there’s a shower, toilet, washing machine, towels, hairdryer, and more. We were very pleased. Just keep in mind that if you’re used to 25-star accommodation, this may not be for you☺️ The entrance has the charm of an authentic Amalfi house, with a courtyard and steep staircase.

The apartment is nice and the location is excellent, but I wouldn’t call this a bed and breakfast when there’s no room service. Breakfast was just a coffee pod machine, supermarket snacks, juice, and milk. There were no napkins or disposable cutlery and glasses, so I guess you’re expected to use the dishes provided and wash them yourself. Water is apparently charged for, though when I specifically asked, they gave me a bottle for breakfast. The sofa bed covers are old, and the shower cleanliness was zero-star.

I stayed for a week in this wonderful apartment, which had all the comforts. From the start, the owner was very helpful, recommending the best restaurants, beaches, and places to visit. I’ll definitely come back!

The apartment was clean and very centrally located. The owner was so kind and shared lots of information. The only downside was climbing the stairs to get there.
