Andrea reached out early and made sure our bookings were set and confirmed, and the concierge and staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful, with phenomenal views of Amalfi. We enjoyed the great breakfast and room, and the balcony jacuzzi was the cherry on top. I'd highly recommend staying here for a special trip and some special memories.

I stayed here last year for my honeymoon and was genuinely sad to leave on checkout day. I was more than satisfied and didn't want the trip to end. The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and this hotel was outstanding on that front. Housekeeping cleaned the room and replenished everything each day. The staff were friendly, breakfast was amazing, and the whole place felt orderly and professionally run. I'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, relaxing stay and unforgettable memories.

The one good thing I can say is that it's close to everything in the center of town. For the price and its rating, though, I was very disappointed. I’m well travelled and stayed at four other places on the Amalfi coast during this trip. We paid for the best room, the one with the hot tub on the patio. It's right beside the lobby and breakfast area, so you hear people whenever they're out there. Sleeping in wasn't possible. The room was 26 celsius, and management didn't care, just as other reviews said about the A/C. The hot tub was disgusting, with black bits floating in it. It was only 34 celsius, locked so we couldn't raise the temperature, and 90% of the jets didn't work. They didn't provide any complimentary water either. How is this a 4 star hotel? Absolute trash. Book anywhere else.

We picked this boutique hotel for our honeymoon and loved it. We prefer a more intimate place over a big hotel, and this one still had plenty of service. The hot tub was the main reason we booked.
