We booked after our flight was canceled more than once. We needed room for five, a reasonable price, and a location close enough to sights and services. This place fit the bill, and we got updates quickly after booking. The accommodations were clean and well maintained, with enough amenities. Great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The front door key needed a shake to work, but we'd run into that before. Our host was understanding and attentive through all the flight trouble. We asked by message about restaurants, supermarkets, and a few other things, and he replied quickly each time. We didn't have a cell phone yet, so he called a taxi for 4 a.m. The driver was kind, and the host even texted to check that we'd made it. Of course, the flight was canceled again.

A great spot right in central Rome, in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the two bathrooms are new. My only complaints are that the beds are small and uncomfortable for two people, and the first-floor apartment doesn't have air conditioning.

We felt very welcome in this delightful, clean apartment, and the owner immediately made an effort to help us feel at home. It's comfortable, central, and convenient for getting around. I'm very happy with my choice, it's excellent value, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant stay in Rome.

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days in Rome. Fabio, the owner, was friendly and helpful, and got in touch on WhatsApp to arrange airport transfers. The ride costs the same as a taxi, €48. The location is excellent for seeing Rome on foot, and right by the Trastevere neighborhood for meals. Highly recommended.
